What we do

We are a dynamic interdisciplinary group dedicated to advancing the understanding of infectious diseases, with a particular focus on tuberculosis, malaria, and antimicrobial resistant (AMR) infections. Our approach seamlessly integrates 'omics, experimental, and big data science methodologies to provide comprehensive insights that inform critical decision-making in public health, clinical practice, and surveillance.
Our commitment extends beyond research; we actively contribute to building genomic investigation capabilities in endemic settings. Through collaborative projects and hands-on workshops in 'omics and bioinformatics, we empower researchers and healthcare professionals, fostering a robust network that enhances our collective ability to combat infectious diseases.
