Malaria Genomics Workshop At Mount Kenya University

As part of a symposium on malaria in pregnancy, organised by Mount Kenya University (MKU) through a Wellcome-funded project, the LSHTM team, led by Nina Billows, delivered a workshop on malaria genomics. Nina Billows and Taane also contributed to the symposium programme, giving plenary talks on placental malaria genomics and parasite sequencing. Many thanks to our hosts at MKU, particularly Prof. Jesse Gitaka and Dr Bernard Kanoi, for their warm welcome and support.
