Tb Profiler Updated With 171000 Genomes

TB-Profiler has been expanded to support resistance profiling for 17 anti-TB drugs, including delamanid and pretomanid, using WHO-endorsed interpretation rules and curated loss-of-function mutations. A continuously expanding global database of over 170,000 M. tuberculosis isolates from 136 countries enables population-contextualised allele frequency comparisons and genomic relatedness analyses. Multilingual reporting further enhances the platform’s utility for clinical decision-making and genomic surveillance. The software is available from https://tbdr.lshtm.ac.uk/
